Robotic-Assisted Gait Training

Robot-assisted gait training allows for repetitive, controlled walking practice by patients who have neurological or orthopedic disabilities. Adjustable support, resistance, and feedback are given by devices to enhance walking patterns and strength. It is complemented by physiatrists and therapists to provide individualized programs. Robotic-assisted training increases functional recovery, enhances motor learning, and enhances patient independence and mobility outcomes.
